PXT Select™ is the first major business assessment that uses computer adaptive technology.  It is an assessment that can be taken online in less than an hour.  The adaptive technology will move with the candidates ability, skipping irrelevant questions as needed.  For example, if a candidate is easily answering more difficult verbal skill questions, the assessment technology will move them further along skipping the easier questions rather than forcing them to answer all of the questions in linear order.

Right People Right Positions was created through a lifetime of work and research by Bruce Clinton.  Bruce tirelessly worked to find the most effective personnel assessment tool to complement his management consulting business.  He spent the majority of his career doing what he loved, helping business owners hire, select, manage and motivate their employees to grow a successful business.  Sadly he passed away on November 15, 2022.  The successor of his assessment business is his daughter Wendy Harris who has taken over as a partner to Wiley PXT Select.
